For Melbourne High School students, Years 9 to 12.

Upload each report as it is issued. SchoolReport extracts the grades, you confirm them, and every subject is plotted across Years 9 to 12. Reading a report tells you how one term went. The chart tells you which subjects are moving, in which direction, and how far.
A parent sets up the account once and confirms you can upload your reports. After that it is yours. Free for students at your school while we are building.
What your chart looks like by Year 12
Sample dataUp 1 step since Term 3: B, now A.
Victorian Curriculum, Years 9–10. Marked against what is expected in your year, so the bar rises every year.
VCE (A–E), Years 11–12. Marked against everyone else doing the same subject, so it moves when the group moves.
The two rulers are never joined into one line, so moving onto the second one cannot look like a drop.
Higher is better. The gap in the middle is not a missing result. It is where the grading system changes: Years 9 and 10 are marked Well Below to Well Above, and VCE is marked A to E. Keeping them apart means starting VCE does not look like your grades dropped.
How grading works at Melbourne High School
Grades mean different things in different years. We keep them apart so the shape you see is honest.

How it works
Upload the report
A PDF, or a few photos taken on your phone. Compass, a printout, whatever your school sends home.
Check what we read
Our AI reads the grades and the comments. You check them. Nothing goes on the chart until you say it’s right.
See how it moves
Every subject, year by year, each on the right scale for its year. Coaching and comparison come with it.
Once you confirm, we delete the original file. We keep the grades and a redacted copy of the comments — never the document itself.
Be ready on report day
Melbourne High School reports land twice a year. Leave your details and we’ll remind you the day they’re out — no account needed.
Built privacy-first, for students’ data
We are a complement to your school’s system, never a competitor. Your data is private by design and separated so that even a breach of the comparison store would leak only anonymous tokens.
Originals are deleted
The moment you confirm the grid, the uploaded file is hard-deleted. We keep the numbers you verified, not the document.
Comparison is token-only
Anonymous year-level comparison stores a random token plus school, year level and grade — never your name. It is off by default and opt-in.
Where the AI runs
Report reading and coaching run on Anthropic’s Claude API, which is hosted in the United States. Anthropic does not use what we send it to train its models. No automated decision is made without your confirmation.
